What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the Sales function in driving team performance and leading by example
- Manage and grow your own pipeline of customers and key accounts
- Motivate the team with energy, support, and clear communication
- Play a central role in developing sales structure, training, and process improvements
- Manage the sales velocity & sales forecasting
- Create and manage a customer health score.
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure customer success and smooth project delivery
Requirements
- You've got a solid B2B sales background and are ready for a leadership opportunity
- You're proactive, results-driven, and thrive in a goal-oriented environment
- Passionate about learning and growing—keen to evolve into a full Sales Manager role
- Any experience in construction, engineering, or modular systems is a bonus—but not essential
