Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Sales Team Member located on-site in the City of Bristol. The Sales Team Member will be responsible for assisting guests with reservations, providing information about the hotel and local attractions, and supporting the sales team with various tasks. Additional responsibilities include managing incoming inquiries, updating customer records, and participating in promotional activities to attract and retain guests.

• Sales and marketing experience
• Proficiency in using reservation and CRM systems
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Relevant certifications or a degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
