Salesforce Administrator | Hybrid, London (3 days a week on site)

Are you a Salesforce Admin looking to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Harvey Nash are recruiting on behalf of a UK media organisation for a strong Salesforce Administrator to join them.

About the Role:

You'll be part of a collaborative Business Applications team managing a diverse portfolio of systems that support commercial and editorial operations. This includes Salesforce CRM, advertising sales, fulfilment, and production systems across digital, print, and memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Support

• Provide third-line support for Salesforce and other business applications
• Resolve user queries and system issues efficiently
• Identify risks and opportunities within Salesforce instances
• Collaborate with support partners and internal teams

Continuous Improvement

• Configure and customise Salesforce in a complex environment
• Work with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot (you don't need to have experience with them all)
• Handle large data volumes and contribute to system enhancements

Integration & Performance

• Collaborate with integration and development teams
• Ensure seamless application performance and integration

Training & Documentation

• Deliver ad hoc training and maintain support documentation
• Share Salesforce knowledge across the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Salesforce administration or support
• Strong understanding of cloud and client-server technologies
• Experience with CRM and sales order processing systems
• Salesforce ADM201 certification (desirable)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
