Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to work on-site at one of our leading manufacturing clients in Hemel Hempstead for a 6 month inside IR35 contract. The candidate is going to sit within the Digital and Marketing team and be the bridge between the business and tech teams. The chosen candidate will be expected to define, configure, test, and support business requirements related to the various different sales applications and systems all revolving quoting and rebates within the Salesforce Sales and Revenue Cloud. This includes feature enhancement, writing user stories and translating business requirements.
Qualifications:
• Experience working as a Business Analyst
• Previous experience of managing and implementing Salesforce, ideally Revenue or Sales Cloud
• Prior knowledge of quoting and rebates experience
• High level exposure to Azure DevOps
• Proficient in writing user stories, gathering, defining, and documenting technical requirements
• Comfortable working in an Agile methodology
• Bachelor's degree
