Job Description
- Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise – Understanding of product and able to configure
- Salesforce declarative configuration experience across Sales Cloud
- Flow – Essential to be able to build relatively complex Flows
- Strong stakeholder engagement – Be responsible for arranging meetings and workshops with stakeholders, leading the conversation.
- Able to write clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria – Able to document work and create technical specifications.
- Reports & Dashboards – Being able to take complex business requests and build reports & dashboards to meet requirements. Where Salesforce isn’t possible, understand other possibilities for data visualisation
- Experience with building Integrations (Apex knowledge)
- Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
