Salesforce Consultant – Agentforce & AI
Location: Hybrid, (London) – 1–2 days onsite
Duration: 3-4 months (possible extension)

- Lead the rollout of Agentforce for Service and Einstein AI features (Next Best Action, case summarisation, knowledge article generation, reply recommendations).
- Collaborate with internal Salesforce, Contact Centre, and Operations teams to identify and prioritise AI use cases.
- Hands-on configuration of Service Cloud, Flows, Omni-Channel, Case Management, and Knowledge.
- Shape prompt strategies, behaviour guardrails, and drive AI-enabled service improvements.
- Deliver demos/playbacks to showcase outcomes to stakeholders.
- Must have proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce AI implementations (Agentforce / Einstein).
- Certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, AI Associate, App Builder) and AI-focused Salesforce delivery experience preferred.
