Salesforce Functional Lead

Wipro is looking for a Salesforce Functional Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Salesforce Functional Lead, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while guiding project teams to successful delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading discovery workshops to gather and analyse complex business requirements and processes.
• Designing scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative features such as Flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Conducting process mapping and gap analysis to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborating with solution architects to align functional designs with technical architecture.
• Taking end-to-end functional ownership of Salesforce projects from scoping to post-deployment support.
• Mentoring junior consultants, administrators, and developers.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Creating and maintaining functional documentation, user stories, and process flows.
• Overseeing functional testing and supporting UAT with test plans and data.

Mandatory Skills

• Salesforce configuration including object models, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security models.
• Agile delivery methodologies.
• Leading full-lifecycle Salesforce implementation projects.
• Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Holding relevant Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.

Desirable Skills

• Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
• Health and Experience Cloud (preferred).
• Working with offshore and geographically distributed teams.
• Consulting experience with a major Salesforce partner.
