Credera is looking for a Salesforce Sales specialist to drive our growth in Digital across key accounts within Financial Services & Insurance Sector. This is a leadership role within the business, responsible for identifying new opportunities and leading on existing propositions bringing with them specific Industry knowledge. Working collaboratively with colleagues in the Client team you will identify sales targets, create sales plans and execute sales initiatives to drive growth and meet commercial revenue targets and objectives.


Based out of any of our UK offices, this is a permanent role within our Client function. We consider flexible ways of working, that allow the best outcomes for our people and clients. Working closely with our clients is key to successful outcomes, and so travel both UK and international is a requirement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Developing ‘new logo’ sales, cross sell sales at existing clients and lead the strategy and implementation of Credera services through a combination of your own network and leveraging wider business relationships, to generate revenue of circa £2m - £4m annually.
  • Designing sales strategies and sales plans in order to meet sales and revenue targets. You will primarily be accountable for the development of Salesforce client accounts but it will be important to seek opportunities to cross sell other Credera services.
  • Participate and lead in marketing activities, pre-sales, support customer demonstrations and sales negotiations as necessary.
  • Selling work at target gross margin.
  • Provide an escalation path for Client Leads within your Industry to enable successful outcomes for our clients.
  • Maintaining a strong network of potential clients in positions with the authority to buy Credera services.
  • Work collaboratively with other Credera teams and across the broader Omnicom Precision Marketing Group to drive our business strategy, other capabilities, and value propositions.
  • Contribute to the production of business account plans, including agreement on revenue targets and recruitment profile.
  • Observe and maintain sales operations practises at all times.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts, underpinning data and feedback to team.
  • Build Credera's and personal eminence in the market, through thought leadership, public speaking and by achieving positive outcomes for our clients, Credera and the Omnicom Precision Marketing Group.
  • Develop and inspire our talent through coaching, mentoring and promoting Credera values of: Excellence, Integrity, People First, Tenacity and Humility within our firm and at our clients.


The successful candidate

We expect the successful candidate to evidence the following:

  • Demonstrable experience of originating and closing new logo and cross sell client sales work. Candidates should have a track record of managing and developing significant client accounts.
  • An extensive personal network in the specific sector Industry aligned to the role. This network should include senior IT, C-level (or eqv.) and potential clients that have substantial IT spend.
  • Experience of working in a Salesforce team in a large consultancy/Global System Integrator environment.
  • Experience of working in and navigating highly complex, political and matrix environments.
  • A full range of strategic and management skills, and credibility, that allows you to gain the trust of C-level and senior clients.
  • The ability to understand, explain and present complex ideas to audiences at all levels in a persuasive and convincing manner.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and develop strategic plans to enhance sales performance.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems to track sales activities and performance.
  • Comfortable attending networking events and confident in public speaking situations, supporting Credera's overall brand profile.
  • A practical understanding of Credera's capabilities, and the ability to tailor these to specific client needs and problems, utilising Credera SMEs when needed.
  • A clear understanding of the salesforce product and a network within salesforce

  • Perceptive, personable, culturally sensitive and demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a matrix organisation and manage and nurture varied, senior stakeholder relationships.
  • A collaborative, creative and open style, working with the broader firm to achieve sector sales targets.
  • Comfortable attending networking events and confident in public speaking situations, supporting Credera's overall brand profile.
