About The Role
Slalom is currently seeking an experienced Salesforce-focused Sales Executive with a strong track record in new logo acquisition. Experience selling into the Financial Services sector is highly beneficial. This individual will serve Slalom’s clients across the UK, building and executing sales engagement strategies with a particular focus on Salesforce-led solutions. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based, team-selling corporate culture and be passionate about delivering outcome-based work for clients while growing the Slalom brand.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Slalom capability leads and Salesforce alliance teams to build strategic relationships with prospective clients.
- Drive business development for net new clients, with a focus on Salesforce platform opportunities, while supporting select sales into existing accounts.
- Lead client discovery sessions to qualify timing, budget, and Salesforce solution fit, aligning proposals with client expectations.
- Articulate desired business outcomes and define win themes, particularly in competitive Salesforce solution scenarios.
- Deliver compelling Salesforce-centric presentations to prospective clients and manage mutual close plans.
What You Will Bring
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proven sales experience in consulting services, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce solution selling.
- Deep experience working with Salesforce as a strategic partner; familiarity with Salesforce sales cycles, co-selling motions, and partner engagement models.
- Strong commitment to achieving client outcomes through Salesforce-enabled transformation.
- Excellent collaboration, relationship-building, and team-building skills, with strong organisational and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in working with hybrid teams and a strong process orientation.
- Experience in budget and sales management, with a track record of building relationships with CXOs and business decision-makers.
- Ability to lead teams through complex Salesforce solution sales, consistently demonstrating strong people and stakeholder management skills.
