Salesforce & Taskray Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and analytically minded Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of a new property onboarding and offboarding process using Salesforce and TaskRay. This role will be pivotal in streamlining workflows, enhancing data accuracy, and improving operational efficiency across multiple regions.

The successful candidate will work with a Salesforce developer to create and implement property onboarding and offboarding solutions aligned to global best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the property onboarding process using Salesforce and TaskRay.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders in Europe and APAC to ensure global applicability of the solution.
• Develop training and implementation of the new process, supported by Subject Matter Experts
• Customise TaskRay templates and automation for onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Integrate TaskRay into Salesforce orgs (G1, G2, G3) and ensure property-level visibility and reporting.
• Collaborate with developers and system architects to build scalable and efficient solutions.
• Audit existing onboarding processes and identify inefficiencies, in the current Smartsheet-based workflows.
• Design and document improved processes with input from operations, development, marketing, finance, and systems teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all data points are captured at the appropriate stages in the onboarding and offboarding processes
• Ensure processes consider implications for all other relevant systems e.g. Anaplan
• Liaise with senior leadership to align project goals and secure buy-in.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports for stakeholders without Salesforce access.
• Provide regular updates on project status, budget tracking, and performance metrics.

About You

You’re an experienced Salesforce project lead, ideally with hands on TaskRay know how and a sharp eye for improving processes through data. Experience in property management or onboarding workflows is a real advantage.

You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders with confidence and stay calm and organised in a fast paced environment. Comfortable working both independently and with cross functional teams, you bring solid project management discipline, whether that’s Agile, Kanban, or whatever gets the job done.
