Your Responsibilities
- Guiding and mentoring a team of Salesforce developers to ensure best practices and high-quality standards.
- Leading the design and architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations.
- Building and deploying custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Driving DevOps practices including CI/CD and ensuring adherence to testing methodologies.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues and optimizing platform performance.
- Staying current with Salesforce releases and recommending innovative solutions.
Mandatory Skills
- Salesforce development with of hands-on experience.
- Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and third-party integrations.
- SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Desirable Skills
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
- Microservices, MQ, and APIs.
- Real-time messaging and batch file transfer.
- Java EE (J2EE), SQL, Unix/Linux, WebSphere.
