Every store is an experience - combining storytelling, exclusive collections, and community-focused events.

The Role:

We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Freelance Sales Assistants to join our pop-up team. You’ll represent LDC and the exciting brands we host, delivering exceptional service and helping to bring our immersive store concept to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, engaging and knowledgeable experience for every customer
• Support daily operations including opening/closing, restocking and visual merchandising
• Act as a brand ambassador for LDC and the independent labels in-store
• Maintain high store standards and assist with styling or product queries
• Support with events, trunk shows and in-store activations
• Process sales transactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident and proactive with a genuine love for retail and storytelling
• Passionate about fashion, beauty, sustainability and emerging brands
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of initiative
• Flexible and dependable - able to work varied hours including evenings and weekends
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
