• Cold calling and business development—proactively building relationships with new clients across Germany.
• Candidate sourcing & headhunting—finding top talent in digital, data & life sciences.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle: interviews, negotiations, placements & beyond.
• Becoming a market expert and trusted consultant to clients and candidates alike.

✅ Who We're Looking For:

• Fluent Dutch speaker (native or near-native) with strong English.
• Driven, resilient and confident—you love hitting targets and pushing yourself.
• Natural communicator—charismatic, persuasive, and commercially aware.
• Background in sales, telesales, customer service, or similar is a big plus.
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) London and work full-time from our HQ.
