We are seeking a results-driven SAP Account Manager to manage and grow existing SAP accounts while supporting the sales team in pursuing new business opportunities.
The role is accountable for upselling value-added services, securing renewals, and collaborating on new bids to expand our SAP footprint across the UK & Europe.
Performance will be measured primarily on revenue growth, upsell targets, and contribution to successful bids.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Growth & Upsell
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing SAP accounts (automation, enhancements, S/4HANA migration, BTP, analytics, AI/ML).
• Build and execute account growth plans aligned to revenue targets.
• Ensure high renewal rates with improved commercial terms.
2. Customer Engagement & Success
• Maintain trusted C-level and business stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers to showcase service value and present new opportunities.
• Position KaarTech as a strategic SAP partner, not just an support vendor.
3. Collaboration on New Business
• Work with Sales & Pre-Sales teams to identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities.
• Contribute customer insights, references, and case studies for proposals.
• Participate in bid defense presentations, solution pitches, and proposal reviews.
• Support transition of won deals into steady-state with smooth customer handover.
4. Governance & Reporting
• Own financial targets for assigned accounts (upsell + renewals).
• Report on pipeline, forecasts, and account health.
• Track gross margin % and account profitability.
• Support leadership with market and competitor insights from customer interactions.
Performance Metrics
• Upsell Revenue Achievement (% of quarterly/annual target hit)
• Account Growth (baseline vs current revenue)
• Bid Contribution (value of opportunities supported, win rate impact)
• Customer Referenceability (# of reference calls, case studies secured)
• Renewal & Retention Rates
• Gross Margin % on managed accounts
Qualifications & Experience
• 5–10+ years in SAP Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success
• Strong knowledge of SAP models (tickets, CRs, 24×7 support)
• Proven track record of upselling and expanding SAP accounts
• Experience supporting bids/proposals with Sales & Pre-Sales
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to S/4HANA, BTP, and automation solutions a plus
Location: Remote (UK & Europe) with customer site visits when required
