We're seeking a
SAP Change Manager in
London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
This is an initial 3-6 month Inside IR35 contract and will require working on client site (London) 2 days per week
Summary
As a SAP Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the change strategy for our client's SAP implementation project. Collaborating closely with our consulting partner, you will be responsible for leading the change management efforts to ensure a seamless and successful transition for the client.
You Will
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan, including stakeholder engagement, change impact and readiness assessments, and change planning and sequencing
- Effectively communicate and manage change across the organization, fostering buy-in and adoption of the new SAP system
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of change professionals, ensuring they are aligned and empowered to deliver on the project objectives
- Collaborate with the client's leadership team to shape the change strategy and scope, aligning it with the overall business objectives
- Monitor and report on the progress of the change management initiatives, identifying and mitigating any risks or challenges
Ideally, We'd Like
- Extensive experience in leading change management initiatives, particularly in the context of large-scale SAP implementations (essential)
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, and change planning and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels of the organization
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to develop and track change management plans
- Familiarity with the consulting industry and a deep understanding of the client's business and industry
- A relevant degree or professional certification in change management or a related field

This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity working via an Umbrella company.
