Role Description:
Test Lead - SAP Hana Program test lead
• This is being rolled out for all VWFS countries, TL will work very closely with Fayaz.
• TL who has experience of delivering SAP 4 HANA, as needs to have experience of contract accounting and regulatory reporting
• Proven experience as a Program Test Lead or Test Manager in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or rollouts
• Ability to define, own, and drive the end-to-end testing strategy across multiple workstreams (functional, integration, UAT, cutover)
• Hands-on experience managing Test Planning, Execution, Defect Management, Reporting, and Test Closure at the program level
• Experience leading multi-vendor, cross-functional test teams across onsite and offshore locations
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA core modules, such as: Finance (FI/CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Data Migration and Reporting
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and custom extensions
• Familiarity with integration points (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI, 3rd-party apps)
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, X-Ray
• Strong working knowledge of test case design, defect lifecycle, regression testing
• Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid delivery models used in enterprise SAP programs
• Experience with data migration testing, cutover validation, or change request testing
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
