Job Title: Senior-Level SAP IBP Consultant

Domain: Supply Chain Management

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 6-12 Months

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP IBP Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management to support and lead SAP IBP implementations. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience across SAP IBP modules and the ability to drive design workshops, solution delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end lifecycle implementations of SAP IBP across modules such as Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory, and S&OP
Conduct requirement gathering, solution design workshops, and user training sessions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate supply chain requirements into SAP IBP solutions
Provide functional expertise during implementation, testing, and deployment phases
Support client workshops and training sessions, including travel to client locations when required

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP IBP solutions

Required Experience

Minimum 12 years of overall experience in Supply Chain Management
Minimum 4 full lifecycle SAP IBP implementation projects
OR minimum 5 years of SAP IBP support experience if worked primarily in support roles
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes

Mandatory Skills

SAP IBP (any module)

Desired / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in SAP IBP modules including:
Demand Planning
Supply & Response
Inventory
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Prior experience with SAP APO modules is an added advantage

Soft Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead design workshops and training sessions
Willingness to travel to client locations for key project activities
