About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant for a 6-month contract position (outside IR35) to support a high-profile SAP transformation initiative. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and the SAP BW module, with the ability to work across all project stages from design to deployment. A background in retail or consultancy environments is highly desirable, given the pace, complexity, and stakeholder engagement involved in this project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the implementation and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA.

• Deliver hands-on configuration and development within the SAP BW module, including data modelling, ETL, and reporting.

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable SAP solutions.

• Conduct system configuration, issue resolution, testing, training, and documentation.

• Ensure high-quality delivery in line with industry and SAP best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record as an SAP Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BW (including BW/4HANA or 7.x).

• Solid understanding of data structures, reporting, and analytics within SAP.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and deliver effectively in a contract role.

• Previous experience in retail or consulting environments is strongly preferred.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with SAP data migration tools and/or integration with BPC or BOBJ.

• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and embedded analytics in S/4HANA.
