About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Organizational Change Management (OCM) Leader to play a pivotal role in a complex, high-impact SAP S/4HANA transformation program. If you're passionate about enabling business transformation, influencing senior stakeholders, and bringing structure to change, this is the opportunity for you.

As the OCM Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of a strategic transformation journey, responsible for ensuring change is understood, embraced, and successfully adopted across the organization.

Position: SAP OCM Leader

Location: London, UK - Hybrid

Contract Type: Subcontractor (Inside IR35) – 6 months, with potential extension

✅ Key Responsibilities

Lead the Organizational Change Management strategy for a complex SAP S/4HANA program
Apply Prosci ADKAR methodology and drive the Proxima toolset to support change delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to define persona-based business cases for change
Drive Change Impact Assessments and Business Readiness across workstreams
Build and execute comprehensive Training & Communication strategies
Leverage digital adoption tools such as SAP Enable Now and WalkMe
Engage and influence C-level executives and cross-functional stakeholders
Act as a key partner to HR and support works council engagement
Provide clear, insightful change updates and metrics to business leadership

🎯 What You Bring

Extensive experience leading OCM in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations
Prosci ADKAR certification and proficiency in using Proxima
Strong knowledge of digital adoption platforms (e.g., SAP Enable Now, WalkMe)
Deep expertise in stakeholder engagement and influencing without authority
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex change into clear outcomes
Proven ability to operate effectively in global, matrixed environments
Exceptional communication and leadership presence with an enthusiastic, collaborative approach
