SAP PP/QM Senior Consultant – Application Support & Enhancements

We’re supporting a growing enterprise SAP partner looking to bring in an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) / Quality Management (QM) Consultant to join their well-established support and change delivery team.
You’ll join a collaborative SAP logistics function focused on 3rd line support, incident resolution, and enhancements across a varied UK customer base. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving real-world business challenges, improving processes, and being a trusted advisor to users and stakeholders.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP PP/QM, providing 3rd-line support for incident resolution and system enhancements
- Liaise directly with end users and business analysts to gather requirements, advise on best practices, and deliver high-quality change
- Configure, test, and document SAP changes across PP and QM, collaborating with technical and security teams where needed
- Work across multiple live environments, maintaining service levels and proactively identifying areas for optimisation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives internally and with clients
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years' experience in SAP PP and QM, including configuration and process design
- Strong understanding of production planning cycles, quality inspection processes, and relevant SAP transaction flows
- Experience in SAP change delivery or application support (RunSAP/AMS)
- Able to manage your own workload, respond to shifting priorities, and collaborate with distributed teams
- Strong communicator with excellent client-facing skills
⭐ Nice to Have:
- Asset Management exposure
- Understanding of ABAP specs and basic debugging
- Previous experience working in regulated or manufacturing environments
