Job Summary:
A fundamental part of our growth strategy is to accelerate the development and expansion of our SAP business. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of SAP Finance solutions to engage with clients, understand their needs, and design tailored propositions that drive business transformation. With a particular focus on core finance, controlling, and reporting, you will play a key role in the presales process, collaborating with sales teams and clients to position our services effectively.
As we continue to grow, we need to invest in and further extend our capabilities and services to both attract new customers in the upper mid-market & lower enterprise space and to better serve the requirements of our existing customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
In summary, this key appointment will be responsible for management and co-ordination of activities relating to three key business development functions:
1. Pre-Sales support and service design:
Working closely with the sales functions and relevant SAP sales teams, you will be responsible for the management, co-ordination, and oversight of the preparation and delivery of sales support including RFP responses, proposal preparation, solution design, service estimates, commercial governance, system demonstrations, client engagement, and client presentations throughout the sales lifecycle.
2. Refinement of ‘Go-to Market’ (GTM) strategy and approach
Consulting and collaborating with both key stakeholders, our sales teams, and our SAP sales teams, you will be directly responsible for refining and evolving our SAP Finance GTM strategy. This will focus on areas such as S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO), Central Finance (CFIN), Group Reporting, Treasury & Risk Management, and GRC. You will also help define and promote our ‘Fit4Future’ advisory services, packaged services, innovations, service assets, and ‘Run Better’ offerings to target both upper mid-market and lower large enterprise customers.
3. Solution Advisory delivery:
Lead and/or support our Solution Advisory engagements with customers to act as a trusted advisor around their SAP Finance solutions. You will support advisory services for roadmaps including the path to S/4, developing living roadmaps, and documenting transformation opportunities, particularly within Finance. You will also support our install base customers as a named Solution Advisor, contributing to regular Customer Business Reviews as required.
