Role- SAP Project Manager
Location- Uxbridge, UK
Hybrid - 2 or 3 days in an onsite Contract Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end SAP projects (greenfield, brownfield, rollouts, upgrades, or AMS). Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans. Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, and external vendors/partners. Create and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk management logs. Conduct regular project reviews, track milestones, and report status to leadership and business stakeholders. Ensure adherence to project governance, change management, and quality standards. Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and status calls. Ensure timely issue resolution and escalation as needed. Support post-go-live stabilization and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills and Qualifications experience with at least 5 years in SAP Project Management. Proven experience managing full lifecycle SAP implementations (S/4HANA or ECC). Strong understanding of core SAP modules PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification is a plus. Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.). Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in multi-vendor, onshore-offshore models.
Preferred Qualifications SAP Activate methodology experience (for S/4HANA projects). Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, utilities, or life sciences. Ability to manage complex global rollouts or multi-country deployments. Familiarity with ITIL and AMS support structures.
