Sap Quality Management Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SAP ECC6.0 Functional Consultant with expertise in Quality Management (QM) and Production Planning (PP) modules to provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing and quality domains, and hands-on experience in SAP ECC6.0 environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP QM and PP modules in ECC6.0.
• Analyse and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP QM/PP modules to meet business needs, including master data, inspection plans, work centers, routings, and production orders.
• Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, etc.).
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users and key stakeholders.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and regression testing.
