SAP S/4HANA Finance Senior Consultant – Euro Currency Conversion

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Finance Senior Consultant with deep expertise in currency conversion projects, within SAP S/4HANA (On‑Premise or Private Cloud).

This role requires a consultant who combines strong functional knowledge with hands‑on configuration skills, migration experience, and the ability to work closely with Digital Solutions and Regional Business teams.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver end‑to‑end currency conversion activities in SAP S/4HANA for Bulgaria’s Euro adoption.
Configure and validate SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling) in multi‑currency environments.
Execute system adjustments for currency change, including parallel currencies, ledgers, and valuation settings.
Ensure alignment with IFRS, Bulgarian statutory rules, and EU regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PS, BW, BPC, HCM, SuccessFactors, ARIBA, Salesforce, Concur

, and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition.

Lead data migration/ETL, reconciliation, and testing cycles for all conversion scenarios.

Prepare documentation, deliver training, and support business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

🎯 Skills & Experience Required

1Experince in an SAP Finance Consultant with strong S/4HANA Finance expertise.
Proven track record in currency conversion or Euro‑transition projects within the EU.
Deep functional knowledge across GL, AR, AP, AA, CO, and multi‑currency configuration.
Strong experience with migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, ETL platforms, and structured testing methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
Fluent in English.
