Wipro is seeking a talented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join our HRIS or IT team. As an ECP Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and supporting the ECP solution to ensure efficient and compliant payroll processes. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the success of our global payroll operations.

Your Responsibilities: As the SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading or supporting the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• Collaborating with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure system alignment with business needs
• Managing the integration between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, including middleware (e.g., SAP BTP)
• Monitoring and maintaining the health of payroll processes, including pre- and post-payroll activities
• Troubleshooting and resolving payroll-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
• Ensuring payroll compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements across supported countries
• Conducting testing, documentation, and end-user training as needed
• Participating in system upgrades, patching, and enhancements
• Collaborating with global stakeholders and external vendors

Mandatory Skills: The ideal candidate will possess:

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• SAP certification in SuccessFactors EC and/or ECP
• Deep understanding of payroll processes, schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll control records
• Familiarity with Employee Central, Time Management, and other SuccessFactors modules
• Solid knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory reporting in one or more countries

Desirable Skills: Additionally, familiarity with the following will be advantageous:

• Experience with global payroll compliance and statutory reporting in multiple countries
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

Please note this is a fixed term contract, and we will not be able to sponsor a visa.
