Description

MWL is seeking a Saturday Bridal Stylist to join our London Flagship Boutique. This role is ideal for a passionate, warm, and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional bridal experience.

As a Bridal Stylist, you will play a key role in guiding brides through one of the most meaningful moments of their journey. You’ll work one-on-one with brides, offering personalised, thoughtful service while contributing to the overall performance, presentation, and success of the boutique.

This is a 1-day-per-week role (Saturdays), offering a competitive salary plus commission for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one bridal appointments, providing a personalised, elevated, and memorable experience
Build genuine, trusting relationships with brides and guide them confidently through their bridal journey
Deliver strong sales results while maintaining a warm, authentic approach
Support overall boutique sales performance and team targets
Maintain the boutique to the highest visual and operational standards

Assist the wider team as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day boutique operations

Skills & Experience

Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of organisation
Passion for fashion and bridal, with an understanding of the emotional significance of a wedding dress
Retail experience preferred (luxury or bridal experience is a plus)
Confidence working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Ability to work well under pressure while remaining calm, polished, and professional
