Description

Job Title: Network Engineer (Active SC Clearance Required)

Job Type: Contract

Location: Remote (very limited travel to data centers required)

Day Rate: £275/day (OUTSIDE IR35)

Contract Length: 6 months

Network Engineer - Role & Responsibilities

Configure routers and switches in line with the design documents
Onboarding devices onto network management platform
Racking and staking relevant devices in Data Centres when needed
Work closely with the project managers to agree and deliver project implementation plan.
Good knowledge of Cisco LAN and Wireless LAN technologies, including switching and IP addressing best practice.

Network Engineer - Required Experience

Cisco Routing & Switching (CCNA/CCNP Certifications preferred)
Wireless LAN
Data Center experience
Nexus 9k's
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
