• Coordinate and manage daily schedules and appointments for the team.
• Ensure timely communication of schedule updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for scheduling activities.
• Assist in planning and organising meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
• Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team as required.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise scheduling processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all scheduling activities.

Profile

A successful Scheduling Assistant should have:
