A major UK insurer is enhancing its Schemes capability and is introducing a new senior analyst position to be the strategic portfolio lead for their MGA business.

This isn't just a reporting role. It's a newly created analytical leadership position where you will shape the performance management strategy, provide crucial insights to senior leadership, and directly influence how this profitable portfolio grows.

The Role:

A new, high-impact role at the centre of the MGA strategy.
Own the portfolio management framework: identify trends, assess new opportunities, and drive performance.
Senior stakeholder exposure, advising underwriting leadership and broker partners.
Tech stack includes R, SQL, and Power BI.

Your Profile:

Proven experience in portfolio management or advanced analytics, ideally within insurance.
Experience with MGAs or delegated authority business is a significant advantage.
Expert user of data analysis (R, SQL) and visualization (Power BI) tools.
