Description

As part of a strategic investment in their Schemes function, a top UK insurer is looking to bring in a new Portfolio Analyst. Designed to bolster their active performance management capabilities. You'll be instrumental in building reporting suites, spotting trends, and providing the insights that drive profitable growth across their Schemes portfolio.

The Role:

A key new hire within an expanding team.
Design and build the reporting & data visualization tools (using Power BI) for the Schemes sector.
Conduct deep-dive analysis to spot performance trends and recommend strategic actions.
Collaborate with underwriters and the analytics function to assess new scheme opportunities.

Your Profile:

Experience in a similar analytical role within general insurance.
Strong skills in data analysis (R, SQL) and visualization (Power BI).
A curious, commercial mind that can see the story behind the data.
Excellent communication skills to influence underwriters and stakeholders.
