Salary (Actual Salary): £27,254 - £28,142 (Grade 5, SCP 9 - 11)

Role
Outwood Academy Redcar is an excellent place to take the next step in your career by joining our Facilities Team as a Site Supervisor. In the role here at Redcar, you will work as part of a team supporting our Site Manager, ensuring the provision of a high quality learning environment is achieved throughout the academy. You will be:
- required to keep the site tidy, well maintained, secure and safe
- a key holder of the premises responsible for the opening and closing of the school
- responsible for statutory compliance checks and accurate record keeping on our CAFM system
- leading by example with your attitude health and safety requirements
- able to undertake site maintenance and carry out minor repairs
Working patterns are Monday to Friday 6:30 - 14:30 or/and 10:30 - 18:30, a split shift may be required on the odd occasion for holiday cover and flexibility for events such as parents evenings, school production etc.
