Description
Role Title: CX Service Scrum Master
Contract duration: 6 Months
Location: Reading, UK(2 days per week)
Skillset required:
- Candidate with at least 8-10 years of experience along with Energy and utilities domain
- Good Experience in leading and managing Oracle CX implementations projects involving enhancements and continuous improvements.
- Expertise in Agile Process and should have worked on a large utilities project as a Scrum Master
- Extensive hands-on experience in working in Agile environment.
- Experience in Release management.
- Good Client Management and Vendor Management skills
- Azure Devops working knowledge.
