Join a major government transformation programme as a Scrum Master, where you’ll drive agile adoption, mentor teams, and ensure successful delivery across complex, multidisciplinary squads operating within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead scrum teams in agile practices and continuous improvement
• Support product owners and teams to deliver value aligned with objectives
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and manage delivery workflows
• Resolve blockers and protect teams from disruptions
• Track and report progress to senior stakeholders

Essential Skills:

• Proven agile delivery leadership in complex environments
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to align agile with DevOps and delivery pipelines

Desirable:

• Agile certifications (CSM, PRINCE2 Agile, SAFe)
• Experience in secure/regulatory environments
• Knowledge of various agile frameworks and CI/CD practices

• Self-motivated, adaptable, excellent communicator
• Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
