Permanent full-time opportunity working 35 hours
Milton Keynes with hybrid working - this is NOT a remote role and you will need to work in our office in Milton Keynes for a minimum of 1 day per week and be flexible to do more
Salary from £56,000 depending on experience, company car scheme, discretionary bonus, pension, healthcare, loan car scheme for up to 2 family members, 27 days holiday with the option to buy more

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Scrum Master practice, supporting agile delivery teams with the delivery of prioritised business outcomes linked to our organisational strategic goals.
You will be in a key position leading teams in the delivery of products and services that help to make our customer and colleague journeys better. A key aspect of the role will be to help drive our continued adoption of agile values, principles and practices.
You will be a facilitator and a coach, and you will ensure the smooth execution of agile frameworks (such as Scrum or Kanban) to deliver business value through effective collaboration and influence inside and outside of the immediate team. Effective leadership, emotional intelligence, attention to detail and robust organisational skills will form the foundation of this role, coupled with demonstrable strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll also bring great experience to support the continuous improvement of our Scrum Master community and practice.
This is how you can add value:
- A proven track record in agile delivery and a first-level Scrum Master certification (Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, or Scrum Inc.)
- Deep understanding of agile values and principles, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- A growth mindset and a passion for developing people and teams
- Solid knowledge of software development practices and stakeholder management
- Practical experience applying agile methodologies to deliver business outcomes
- Familiarity with agile artefacts (e.g., User Stories, Story Points, Burndown/Burnup charts)
- Experience with scaled agile frameworks and Kanban (certification preferred)
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence

- Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams and stakeholders in agile values, principles, and practices

- Support management of external dependencies and influence stakeholders to support delivery
- Improve transparency through effective communication and information sharing
- Support team self-organisation and cross-functional development
- Contribute to agile Communities of Practice and organisational learning
- Assess and grow agile maturity across teams at a sustainable pace
- Support multiple agile teams simultaneously, driving quality outcomes
