Scrum Master - Exterior Trim

Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a Scrum Master - Exterior Trim to be based at our office/ our customer’s site in Gaydon.

Our Engineering Research and Development department (ER&D) is a fast-growing function within Tata Technologies Limited that is assembled to work on exciting projects globally for multiple customers. It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery.

 *12 months Fixed Term Contract *

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile practices within Exterior Trim team. This role is pivotal in driving team performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring delivery excellence across complex, cross-functional projects. You’ll be the catalyst for agile transformation, empowering teams to self-manage and continuously improve while navigating the challenges of global product development.

Area of Responsibility  

·        Facilitate focused and engaging planning sessions to help teams structure and prioritize work effectively

·        Coach teams in agile principles, self-management, and cross-functional collaboration

·        Build and nurture strong relationships across departments and stakeholders at all levels

·        Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and velocity

·        

·         Enable seamless stakeholder collaboration to align goals and expectations

Knowledge / Experience

·         Solid working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and other collaboration tools

·        Proven track record in managing complex, multi-location projects and products

·        Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and coaching capabilities

·        A pragmatic, adaptable mindset with a natural curiosity for improvement

·        Confidence in navigating new business initiatives using established program management skills

·        A deep commitment to continuous improvement, with the courage to challenge the status quo
