As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you’ll help power our growth by fuelling the top of our sales funnel as we scale into new territories and markets, . In this vital role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads—ensuring a steady pipeline that supports revenue targets and the success of our flagship platform, AtlasNXT.

You’ll use a data-led approach to outbound prospecting and learn what resonates with our ideal customer profile (ICP), continuously refining your strategy to improve conversion rates. This is a high-impact role with strong growth potential for someone eager to develop their career in B2B tech sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research key target companies and decision-makers in our core sectors: security, risk management, and enterprise communications.

  • Generate and qualify new leads via outbound channels including calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.

  • Initiate value-driven conversations that identify pain points and highlight AtlasNXT’s relevance.

  • Clearly communicate our platform’s benefits and how it supports operational resilience and compliance.

  • Book and coordinate qualified meetings between prospects and the Sales team, ensuring a seamless handover.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of activity and lead data in our Zoho CRM.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales to align messaging and improve lead quality.

  • Track performance metrics and continuously refine outreach based on data, feedback, and learning.





Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a sales, business development or customer-facing role (SaaS/tech preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Experience using CRMs and sales tools (e.g. Zoho, Klenty, LinkedIn Navigator)
  • Experience in SaaS, security, or risk management sectors is a bonus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar (desirable but not required)
