Description
The role of the RDW Colleague is to compile accurate regulated drainage and water reports for our customers. Accuracy and quality are key to this role to produce a comprehensive regulated drainage search to the company standard that is compliant with PCCB guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Drawing drainage maps to a high standard for all Water Authorities.
- Managing and maintaining the workload via Office 365.
- Dealing with supplier and client queries via customer service support.
- Keying intertrade orders onto system.
- Quality check completed reports.
- Ensuring maps received back from other offices are accurate and correct before including them in report.
- Ensuring correct costings are on Swift when invoicing for maps and/or reports.
- *Attend Yorkshire Water to copy and compile drainage maps to a high standard. (if applicable)
- Manage the panel of workload to required search agents.

- You will have key understanding of the industry and conveyancing process.
- You will understand how the tasks affect the workflow of the customer order.
- You will work positively with all your team colleagues and the wider business.
