Secondaries Associate

A top-tier global Private Equity Secondaries fund is seeking an Associate to join its London investment team. This role provides broad exposure to both GP-led and LP-led transactions, offering the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile deals across geographies within a fast-growing and well-capitalised platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of both GP-led and LP portfolio transactions
• Build detailed financial models, manage due diligence processes, and draft investment memos
• Collaborate closely with GPs, LPs, and internal stakeholders on live deals
• Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to team development
• Support ongoing portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years’ experience in Secondaries / Private Equity / Investment Banking
• Strong technical and analytical skills with proven financial modelling ability
• Direct exposure to secondaries transactions (GP-led and/or LP-led) highly advantageous
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship management skills
• A proactive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial approach
