We're building a diverse and dynamic team in Raynes Park and are looking for a Section Supervisor to help shape the future of Britain's railway. This is a hands-on role working on frontline high-voltage rail infrastructure, offering excellent training, clear career progression, and the chance to make a real impact.

About The Role (External)
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervising and checking the quality of work delivered, ensuring assets meet safety and engineering standards.
- Carrying out work safely in line with procedures and method statements.
- Supporting inspections, prioritising work, and preparing resource plans.
- Assisting in the development of safe, efficient work plans and identifying asset renewals.
- Allocating resources and updating systems and records.
- Supporting staff development, welfare, and competence monitoring.
- Contributing to your own learning and helping others grow.
What We're Looking For
- Experience supervising worksites and delivering work safely and efficiently.
- Understanding of work planning, resource organisation, and rail maintenance techniques.
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Ability to coach, influence, and support others in a team environment.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, or relevant experience.
- Willingness and ability to drive vehicles as required.
