Securitisation Lawyer - Leading International Bank

Our client is a leading international bank and looking to hire a structured finance lawyer with strong securitisation experience to join the legal team in a Senior Counsel role.

The successful candidate will be joining an established existing team and provide support to a variety of businesses within the bank's transaction management group. The work covered in this team is broad and you will be involved in securitsations across a range of asset classes and also cover a broader range of finance transactions such as fund finance, whilst working closely with the origination team in the business. This is an ideal opportunity for a securitisation lawyer looking to move into a broad role within a leading financial institution and working in close proximity to the business.

Required Skills

• 3+ PQE gained in a leading law firm or in-house legal team at an established financial institution.
• Experience advising on and leading securitisation transactions.
