Securitisation & Structured Finance Associate (1–4 PQE) – London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Securitisation and Structured Finance solicitor (1–4 PQE) to join a top-tier London finance practice operating at the forefront of the structured finance market.

The team is recognised as innovators in their field, advising on truly novel, first-of-their-kind and high-value securitisations, including transactions backed by both core and more esoteric asset classes. The practice combines technical excellence with strong commercial insight, delivering creative solutions for new and evolving structures.

Work spans:

Public and private securitisations
Warehouse lending and forward flow structures
Portfolio acquisitions and disposals
Bespoke ABS and receivables financings
Structuring securitisations backed by unconventional and emerging asset types

The team advises an impressive international client base of originators, arrangers, sponsors, investors and other key market participants, supported by a highly collaborative culture and excellent associate development.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

1–4 years’ PQE (E&W Qualified) in securitisation and/or structured finance
Experience working on high-value, complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions
Training and/or experience gained at a recognised top-tier City or international law firm in the UK
Strong drafting, analytical and commercial skills
A proactive, collaborative approach and confidence in client-facing work
