Working Hours: 8am - 4pm - Working Monday to Friday (Not required to work UK Bank Holidays or Night Shifts)

Salary: Starting Salary is £25,992 (Level one) rising to £26,835 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) - subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period

About The Role
As part of being a Security & Logistics Officer within a CCTV Control Room, there will be additional benefits to this role, which include
- Overtime shift rates that exceed over your weekly contracted hours will be added
- Sickness pay
- Double pay will be offered should you be scheduled to work a Bank Holiday

Some Of The Key Duties And Responsibilities Include
- Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports on 'CCTV Media' related duties and share request information with on duty supervisors and control room managers
- Producing footage and evidence as and when required
- Operating PA, door entry and access barrier systems
- Responding, recording and passing information to the relevant partners
- Liaising with the Police, Nottingham On Call and other NCC or partner services
- Ensure that public space, housing sites/estates are safeguarded against acts of crime and anti-social behaviour
- Record any crime reports accurately complying to government legislation standards
We are a 24/7 control centre and any hours worked after 11pm and before 6am are paid an uplift of 33%, or double pay for bank holiday working.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Hold a valid CCTV SIA Licence
- Experience of dealing with customers in a polite, professional and courteous manner and handling of CCTV requests and production of different media types
- A good understanding and knowledge with the use of Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, Outlook, Word etc…
- A NPPV (Non-Police Personal Vetting) is required for this post
