Security Program Manager

Interim Cyber Security Programme Manager – £900 per day – Outside IR35 – London

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Programme Manager to lead critical security initiatives within a leading London-based insurance company. This high-impact interim role requires a proven track record of delivering complex cyber security programmes in the insurance or wider financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the delivery of strategic cyber security transformation programmes across the enterprise.
• Ensure compliance with FCA, PRA, GDPR, and insurance regulatory requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at C-suite and Board level, providing clear risk and programme updates.
• Oversee cloud, infrastructure, and application security initiatives, embedding security best practices.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Essential Experience:

• Recent, hands-on experience in the insurance sector (London Market / General Insurance / Reinsurance).
• Strong background in cyber security governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Demonstrated success in large-scale programme delivery within complex, regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor oversight.
