Job Title: Security Team Leaders

Locations Hiring:

• London – 3 positions

Terms:

Hours per week: 12-48 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £12.50 – £12.75 per hour (To be reviewed in 3 months)

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and professional Security Team Leaders to oversee and support our on-site operations across various regions, upholding our core values of Excellence, Belonging and Integrity.

The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for securing the premises, always ensuring the safety and protection of the site, while also managing day-to-day security activities and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support security officers on-site
• Monitor and patrol premises to ensure safety and compliance
• Handle incident reporting and accurate documentation of all occurrences
• Maintain high levels of clear communication with staff, clients, and visitors
• Ensure all team members are presentable and adhere to site protocols
• Assist with or lead the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Deliver site inductions and support staff development 
• Accurately log daily activities and incidents and report issues promptly to relevant authorities

Essential Requirements:

• Previous at least 1 year experience as a Security Officer, with leading responsibilities
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent documentation and report-writing abilities
• Well-presented with a professional approach
• Articulate and confident when dealing with team and client matters
• Understanding of or experience in recruitment processes
• Reliable, proactive and a team leader
• Valid SIA License (Mandatory)
• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• UK Driving License (Mandatory)

Site-Specific Requirement:

• Vehicle preferred
• Prior experience in warehouse security operations is highly advantageous

Shift Details:

• Rotating day-night & some weekends shifts
• 8-to-12-hour shifts
