Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for self-employed professionals at SumUp. The role involves providing comprehensive support to small businesses by promoting SumUp's financial products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks may include engaging with customers to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions, managing customer interactions, and maintaining ongoing communication. You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while contributing to SumUp's mission of empowering entrepreneurs globally.

Qualifications

• Communication and relationship-building skills to connect with diverse clients effectively
• Proficiency or experience in financial technology and payments solutions
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer onboarding capabilities
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in customer service or business consultative roles
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, remote-first environment
• Prior experience in supporting small businesses or startups is a plus
