Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.

About The Team:
The EU MAI (Merchant Acquisition and Incubation) team operates within the SMB pillar of TikTok E-commerce, spearheading the acquisition and onboarding journey for new sellers.
The team is responsible for EU TikTok Shop merchants and merchandise growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success.
Responsibilities
- Design detailed execution plans for seller growth programs based on team direction and strategic goals.
- Manage end-to-end execution of the programs, including implementation into internal systems.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to understand upcoming changes, align on timelines, and provide actionable feedback or suggestions.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage sellers effectively across various channels.
- Analyse program performance, generate insights, and propose data-driven improvements.
- Create and manage content plans for seller communities and actively engage with sellers to foster a vibrant and supportive environment.
- Support the team with daily operational tasks and contribute to ongoing projects as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree or above, graduating end of 2026 or in 2027
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with content writing for outreach, community posts, or campaigns.
- Basic editing skills (text, visuals, or simple design using tools like Canva or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
- A self starter with a problem solving mindset and a willingness to learn.
