An Outstanding-rated secondary academy in South London is seeking an experienced and values-led SENDCo to join its leadership team at an exciting stage of sustained success.

Following a recent full Ofsted inspection, the school was judged Outstanding in all areas. Inspectors praised the strong culture of inclusion, exceptional behaviour, and the warm, respectful relationships between staff and pupils - highlighting a community where values are not just stated, but truly lived.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified NASENCo / NPQSENDCo to make a meaningful impact within a diverse, community-focused academy that places inclusive practice at the heart of everything it does.

You will lead and develop SEND provision across the school, managing a varied and complex EHCP caseload, line-managing support staff, and working closely with senior leaders to drive strategic improvement. A key element of the role is delivering high-quality CPD and training
