Royal London is hiring a Senior Accessibility Tester to join our dynamic Design Team, an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about inclusive digital experiences.
In this hands-on role, you’ll lead accessibility testing and audits across websites, native mobile apps, and digital artefacts, ensuring they meet Royal London Group’s accessibility standards. You’ll evaluate products using both manual and automated methods, identify accessibility issues, and deliver clear, actionable insights to development teams across the business. You will have the opportunity to directly feed into the shaping of products that will support our customers and deliver real impact for users with impairments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accessibility, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with predominately technical teams.
