Who We Are Looking For:
ConcentricLife is seeking an experienced Senior Account Director with a passion for, and experience in, healthcare and Life Sciences to join our London-based global team. As a Senior Account Director, you will play an integral role in leading, building and winning client relationships.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the health industry and needs of health audiences
Develop an in-depth knowledge of your client’s business needs to actively add value and seek out opportunities for organic growth

Take ownership of challenges, using your experience and expertise to identify, understand, and manage potential issues. Challenging appropriately to determine the level of support needed to seek a timely and satisfactory resolution

Collaboration & Communication:
Build trusted, fruitful and resilient partnerships with cross-functional department leads
Partner with cross-functional department leads to develop proposals, recommendations, POVs, and strategic initiatives
Seek out and foster relationships with specialist teams and subject matter experts within the wider ConcentricLife, Accenture Song, and Accenture network
Develop an understanding of the ConcentricLife Global revenue and profitability model to monitor performance to ensure account profitability
Empower and provide guidance to the full team required to deliver exceptional work for your clients and the agency
Lead by example, promoting high employee morale and engagement
Champion personal development, feedback and line manager support for your team
Make the most of other’s strengths
Provide constructive feedback and identify training opportunities at both a micro and macro level
Help others contribute to the success of the team and the agency
Where necessary, work to manage and resolve staff issues, including performance
Ensure clear roles and responsibilities within and across teams
What You Bring:
6+ years of experience in an account/client services role within the life sciences communications/advertising industry
A passion for innovating healthcare advertising
A willingness to embrace ambiguity
Experience building business through organic growth
Experience pitching for and winning new business
Experience planning for the integration of new business into the agency and team structure
High developed interpersonal, team building, and relationship management skills
A persuasive and clear communication style
Gravitas and substance
A drive to elevate both thinking and the work
Experience leading teams to plan and deliver omni-channel campaigns
Experience managing, training, and mentoring teams to reach their full potential
Experience with launch campaigns is also beneficial, but not essential
