We’re looking for a Senior Account Director to act as a trusted partner to our global clients – shaping strategy, driving measurable growth, and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional work. This is a senior client leadership role, combining commercial acumen, sports marketing expertise, and a passion for creating impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading senior-level client relationships, acting as a proactive and strategic partner.
• Translating client objectives into clear, actionable strategies that deliver real business results.
• Driving account profitability, growth and innovation across global programmes.
• Inspiring and developing high-performing teams to deliver best-in-class work.
• Playing a key role in agency growth – spotting new opportunities, leading proposals and contributing to new business wins.
• Representing Right Formula as a senior voice in the sports marketing industry.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years’ experience in sports marketing, sponsorship, brand partnerships or related fields (Formula 1 experience is a plus).
• Proven success in leading major client accounts and delivering measurable impact.
• Strong understanding of the global sports ecosystem, sponsorship models and fan engagement.
• Commercially minded with budget and profitability management experience.
• An inspiring leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passionate about sponsorship, brand experience and hospitality delivery.
